Default Fixed several problems, new problem help

2000 Kia Sephia belts started make more noise over 2 week period. Noticed power steering hose leak. Had hose repaired and degreased belts. Squeals decreased. Changed alternator and power steering belts. Squeals went away for two days. Came back, we made abjustments. No more squeals , now theres this roller sound. We thought maybe we tighted the belts to much but after alittle playing, its not coming from belt area. The sound seems like its coming from underneither belts. Maybe water pump. There seems to be no pressure in radiator hoses but there isnt a leak. Any ideas? Cars running great. Sound stays same during acceleration.

Roller sound? describe... it maybe the waterpump needs changing or the pulley itself. If u change the water pump it's advisable to change the timing belt at the same time. Since the belts are the only things you recently altered... it maybe the pulley themselves..... water pump pulley, crankshaft powersteering pump pulley, a/c pulley..... check the tension in the belts or the alignment (i've heard they can come out of alignment... not 100% sure on that)... hope this was helpful

Welcome to the forum - both of you.

I agree with Spade - it's likley that the short time with the belts too tight would harm the water pump.
Also the power steering pipe leak could have contaminated the timing belt, and if that belts goes you'll have a badly damaged engine.
Best change the timing belt and water pump.
