I need help! OBD Codes showing, but where do I start?

I Need Help! A week ago i purchased a 2001 Kia Rio (miles 88,000) that had been sitting for a couple of years. When I looked at the car it would barley run because of the old gas. The owner had her mechanic clean the gas tank, fuel pump screen, and change the fuel filter. After that it ran fine on the way home (with the check eng. light on). Then it sat for a few days and when I tried to start it, it was hard starting.When I got it running, it was running so rough it wasn't even drivable. The codes it showed on my OBD were P1166,P0340,P0325,p0102. I've looked up all the codes, but is there a chance that one thing is triggering all the other codes to show? Or do I have to change the Knock sensor, Cam sensor, Mass airflow, and what ever p1166 means? Please Help Me!

With 88k miles on it The first thing I'd check is the timing/cam belt... It should have been replaced at either 60k miles or five/six years... You are over due on both...
The belt can either break totally or start to loose teeth.. It will then jump time and give poor performance and give lots of codes... You are lucky having an 01 as you probably still have an engine... Slightly newer Rios have what is called an interference type engine and they will trash the engine when you have belt problems...
Fuel injectors will also fail with crappy gas...there are posts about all of the above and how the car worked beautifully AFTER replacing ALL injectors with re-furbished ones off of ebay.

Do what dave say's about the timming belt get it changed if it was never done before or you don't have paperwork on it being done, your due. Instead of replacing your injectors first try some good chemicals in the tank it may help and save youe the expense of labor and parts don't change all them parts. Let's see car sitting a few years check your engine grounds for rust and corrosion and that a critter didn't chew through your wires somewhere (from past experiance) search the other post on the site to help you get some more insight into your problem I saw one about the cam sensor gear had a bolt that had backed out so the gear would not turn for the p0340 code search it out by turborattler it's recent also clean the throttle plate and iac if you can and look for vacuum leaks.
