Default Number of seat belts?

I am looking at buying a second hand Picanto, but am having trouble finding if all models and years have three rear seats and seat belts. Can anyone confirm which models have three seat belts in the back?

Thanks

Yes they do, as the car has 3 seats in the back it's a legal requirement to have seatbelts for all seats.

They don't all have 3 rear seats, some only have 2

My daughter's 09 reg Picanto 3 has only 2 rear seats (2 headrests and 2 seatbelts) and some other models also only had this layout.

You will need to look at each model individually.

Ah I miss read the post didn't realize they were after a second hand picanto

That is correct the old picanto has 2 version a 5 seater and a 4 seater, not sure if doors have anything to do with this, perhaps the 3 door version has 2 rear seats while the 5 door has 3 rear seats?

it depends on the size of your car. I have a 2005 1.0se that is 119co2 and £30a year road tax but the down side is it's a 4 person car and that includes the drive. so look on your log book and thst will tell you if its a 4 people car or 5 person car
