Welcome to the KIA forums.
A lot of things can cause symptoms like your car has. Have the mechanics read the codes on the car? That can help pinpoint where to look. IT could be something simple like a coil or plug misfiring or loose or cracked vacuum hose.. EGR valve problems can also give chugging on acceleration. What parts if any have already been replaced ?Does the car idle smoothly?, more detail will help forum members help you more easily.
Get the squealing noise checked out as soon as you can. it may be a sign of a timing belt problem if from belt area. Has your timing belt been changed on schedule? Also please fill in your user profile in the user cp section, I see you are in Northern Ireland by your IP adress but if your profile is filled in it helps forum members to help youmore easily.
