I was wondering if i would do damage to my aircon if i leave the switch to 2 instead of switching back to 0 when i turn off my engine. cos i have a remote start on my picanto , so when i remotely start my car from far, the aircon could cool down car under the hot sun. anyone leaves the switch on when exiting car?

It would do no harm leaving the AC and fan switch on when starting the engine.

You'll need to ask your friends that - I have never bother switching off the fan and AC and have had no problems related to that.
