Haiz... Just spoken to the Kia sale manager Winxxx from Singapore.
Background:
Recently, bought Kia picanto from the Singapore LK sale room.
First was the 1st saleman Dxx pushing me to make a decission to buy a car.
2nd follow by the no detail explanation of the car, during collection with the sale lady Juxxxx.
3rd delay of scuff plate. haiz... this is the worst. They said that the scuff plate is no longer in production and they just force me to take 30 dollar service as a refund. i have check it out that a scuff plate cost 100 over dollar. So the sale lady servicing me said nothing can be done, push me to the sale manager Wixxxx. She say that the scuff plate is not so expensive. So they are doubting me or simplying refuse to refund a more reason amount? Will anyone tell me what to do? Am i asking for too much?
I never encounter such terrible service from Mitsubishi and citroen.
I must say if u are buying car, be careful of whom you get it from.... Haiz.. i am quite sure i will not buy from Dxx, Julxxx and Wixxxxx anymore....
