btw, megasquirt have no problem at all.. everything works fine though especially to hall-effect type of sensors dat we have.. about the emission test i think u can put it ur catcon back, but make a bung for O2 before the catcon, so u can still switch between narrowband and wideband easily and still getting accurate reading.. when u put in wideband, just emulate the narrowband and send back to ECU for it to process closeloop..

I am watching water temp with my controller the pic 18f452
i put my glcd screen for the pic, in the ceneter of the console to the place where the left air passage (of the a/c) was, and i am watching there :
1) water temperature
2) Intake air temperature
3) air temperature before the intercooler
4) EGT
5) outer temp
6) convert the a/c to clima
and some other stuff

so, you mean that your injectors are stock?? You are pushing 0.9 bar with stock injectors and fuel pump?? that helps me a lot. and you control the duty cycle with the 16f877 , if i remember right the 16f877 has only 2 pwm pins, are you using some special code? is there a chance you can share it ? or at least throw some light??

and about the megasquirt , yes i want it, if you can please send it over here.
i guess the money i gave you are enough. let me know.

next question is , map sensor? how do you deal with boost with the stock map sensor?

not 16f877 but 16f887 instead.. hmm.. seems like u r getting into PIC so much now ha? that software helps u a lot? btw, do u have cr**ck program of pic simulator, i need one now.. yes i can send u the megasquirt, no prob, for free and to show my appologies on what happend before.. eventhough i have to bare with all the cost just like that.. or can u do something about PCMSCAN as well?i need it a lot, due to a system im developing now which exactly can do the capabilities of autotune with target AFR. so i dont have to monitor everything out through my PIC but through an integration between OBD2 instead..
stock map sensor actually can be boosted up to 1 bar.. due to the ECU data map inside itself already equip with 1 bar mapping data, so as long as u play below 1 bar, no problem will come out.. but if u go up to 1 bar or above, the trouble code will pop out, what u have to do is just reset the ECU with OBD2 scantools..

p/s please help me on PICSimulator and PCMSCAN..

yes i did answer.. im still using stock,.. while tuning it, my injector still not having a stress at all and it running low as 60% to 80% only which is i guess it still deliver enough for my bolt on setup.. so just wait for the second stage where's im planning ti upgrade WALBRO fuel pump and SARD fuel regulator (since our fuel rail are extendable).. but still, stock injector, no prob..
code is just simple pulsein and pulseout stuff, or pwm code also can be played around.. try it.. it simple than anything that i could imagine.. just extend the dutycycle to any amount u needed, and even it can go up to 100% on as well

Do you use any analog amplifier ( an opamp maybe) to drive the injector or you just drive the injectors with the pic output? it can only handle around 25 mA if i'm right. and you use 4 pics or you take signal from one and you drive all four with the same signal

so you just use two pics and 4 opamps and that's it?
how do you control each pic?
i still can't beleive you are producing about 130 whp with stock injectors and stock fuel pump

another question , how thick is the head flange? i have a friend with a cnc machine he can cut me anything i want , how thick should it be?
and finally what is your afr at wot? in closed loop everything works ok??

if i understand right, picanto ecu has maps for pressure from -1 bar to 1 bar??????????
