Default Front O/Side bulb blown AGAIN!

Had f/o/s indicator bulb replaced (cost £30) at garage on Monday. Driving home Friday it's gone again! WTF?! Surely can't be faulty bulb can it? Any other ideas as to what's causing it? Fuse maybe?

Forgive my motoring ignorance, I'm only a bird after all.
