Default Problems with my new Picanto Ice

Interested if anyone else got any of these annoying problems.
Purchased new Picanto Ice December 2007.
From outset I noticed oil around air con pipe on connection to rear left of engine. Dealer had to drain system and fit new "o" ring. Then when you filled washer bottle to max, the water would pour out on horizontal joint between neck and bottle fitted in wing (bad idea making this joint horizontal. Dealer had to change whole bottle & neck that clicks in. At 2000 miles rear off side suspension has started to squeek when pushed up and down but only when been sitting for a few hours in cold or rain. This goes immediately after you push the suspension up and down a couple of times by leaning on the boot. Then within a further 100 miles the near side rear suspension had same fault, again only in cold or wet conditions. Then I noticed a rattle coming from within the rear hatches panel. I removed securing screws but the panel still wont come off. Will have to return to dealer. I only use the vehicle on the same route to and from work every day. When it was brand new 5 months ago there were no rattles. Now at 2300 miles I get a rattle from the steering cowling area, near side front of dash over certain stretches of the road and of course from within the rear panel of the rear hatch. I also noticed that if you fold the offside rear seat back down and then push back up without pushing up the seats base the isofix bracket catches on the base pushing it up. You then have to force it back down - maybe you are not supposed to do this. Apart from these niggles the car is fine, maybe I am just too fussy and thought the new generation Kia would be as squeek free as my VW. All comments welcome.

i get the same rattle noise inside my car during high speeds on badly paved roads. But on well paved asphalt the noise is gone what's left is the tire noise like a jumbo jet about to take off. For me i think this is normal for an economy car with too much plastic on the inside. Solution would be redoing the interior with leather which is costly and would void warranty claims or search those annoying rattling noise and put some rubber strips on it to absorb vibrations. i.e. cutting a unused carpet and place it inside the glove compartment, maintain uncluttered dashboard, and check the door locks if they contribute to the rattling ensemble. :-) my pica is doing fine and it would turn 2years old this june after that i'll be observing it for a year then trade it with the facelifted version.
