Default 2003 Kia Optima Rough Idle.....Please Help Me

Have a 2003 Kia Optima 2.4 with 144,000 miles. The car runs and performs well except when idling or at a stop. When idling or at a stop it runs rough and the oil light will blink at the same time (but not all the time) If you give it just a little gas it runs smooth and the light stays off also. Drove the car for several miles with out any problems when driving just idling and at a stop. If anyone can give me any help or advise I would be grateful.
Thanaks Very Much!
