Default over heating optima

I have a 2001 Kia Optima V-6 with about 88,000 miles on it. Temp on car is fine til I turn on the AC then the Car runs hot. I have flush cooling system and changed out fluids. Also have change out the Thermostat. Also both fan on the radiator are running when the ac is turn on. Any Ideas of whats making it run hot. Thanks Ron

I once had a car getting too warm with the A/C on in the day time. Everything I could check looked good. I gave up and took it to a radiator shop to get it boiled out. When they pulled it off the back side fins were all rusted. I found out later the car had been flooded in 1992 during that hurricane that hit in Miami. The salt water gradually rusted it enough to block the air flow. Anyway that side of the radiator is hard to inspect and I never thought to check it.
