Question Live Power Always on in trunk?

Can anyone tell me if there is a source of continual power (always on) in the trunk of my 2004 Kia Optima.

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi from Australia Folks, I am a new convert to the Kia Magentis, buying a new EXL V6 last week (I now have 600 kilometres on the clock).
I love the thing! I cannot get over the 5 year unlimited Kilo warrenty or the low price.
Is there anything that I need to know it seems to good to be true
