Default 2001 Magentis rear brake shoe change

Hi
I am having trouble removing the rear brake drums to change the brake shoes. I assume this is because of the ridge worn in the drum ass'y.
The drums are loose and pull away a little but will not come off.
I was wondering where the adjuster plug on the rear of the brake ass'y is. In the past with other brake jobs I have backed off the adjuster and then removed the drum.
As far as I can see there are about 3 rubber plugs on the back of the brake ass'y but which one gets me to the adjuster.
Any help appreciated.
I also appear to have hub/bearing problem on the rear passenger wheel . When the car is jacked up there is play in the wheel. You can wiggle the wheel slightly from side to side. Is this the type of job- replacing the hub/bearing ass'y - that one can do at home.
Thanks.
