Default Infinity Sound System

Radio is on but there is no sound.
Checked all visable wires because trunk wires to rear speakers are exposed
and have been cause of previous problems but this time all are in-tact.
The front speakers do not work either. I was working then not. No krackeling or nothing. The book only shows error messages and I am not getting anthing like that its on but no sound anywhere.
Any ideas besides yanking wires from who knows where? Oh yea its in a 2004
Optima LX V6 I have had it since it was born......

What about the fuse? I think there is a separate amp for the Infinity system - is the wire to that disconnected?
