Default kia optima start problem

hi everyone, ok my 04 model kia optima has had some water damage where fresh water has entered the car just below seat level, ok so I changed plugs to new ones and was getting good spark from the plugs and got the car going, I drove around the block and it was running well, then I went to do the same the next day and all of a sudden it died, I went back over everything and no plugs gave out spark anymore??as if something like a fuse or relay blew somewhere??any way I pulled the computer out and found it had some corrosion from water so I spoke to a spare parts dealer here who specialises in kia so I replaced the computer module, the module that sits on the computer I think its the auto trans module and the airbag module, the immobilzer module, the keyless entry module, the barrel and there was another black module on the drivers side to the left I also replaced, it came with keys and a remote all from another car so everything matched, as the spare parts dealer said it sounds like your immobilzer has kicked in and and has kill your electrical for starting. anyway all is repaced and I have checked both internal and external fuse boxes and all is good but still no spark any where the car has done 5000klm or 35000mls and always been serviced, could I be missing a blown relay somewhere I noticed a few behind the radio and air con unit when I pulled the dash off to get to the immobilzer, does the emu need reprogramming or do I need to use the ID key??I am sure it either the immobilser or a blown relay? any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated before I give up and go to a dealer
thankyou
