Default I Hate My Kia......

I have had up to 6 different cars in my life an this is my first brand new car... well i had less trouble with used cars than i have this forte.

Lets start from the top,
Windshield all ready has 4 chips in it at 7000 miles, steering wheel is pealing, when parking an getting out of the car the rear end makes a grinding sound, over all crappy shifting to throttle response (which is my fault as i should have picked that up when i test drove it), head light fog up in the rain and had the front dome light was broke as factory tighten down the screw to much an broke the place where it hold it up.

This has got me to dislike KIA to the fullest as even my Saturn was 1000 times better than this new car. Aside from the dealership what other place can i send a complaint to?

Most owners of your model KIA seem happy. Maybe you just got a bad build. [It can happen in all brands. I have seen it in some top end prestige cars at times] Your dealer should fix no charge under warranty. Hope it gets better for you.

You see... I LOVE my Rondo. It has a few small/minor problems and I wanted the service to fix it for me. And I HATE the service department since they always try to %#$@&*#@ with me.
And at this point I am not sure anymore whether it is me (I expect too much) or them...

but the bottom line is - I do not blame KIA in general. I can file a claim, I can tell them what I think but this is not their fault that that particular dealer is bad or that car you got had been given to you on purpose.
Just have the problems fixed and drive away.

As you mentioned - this is you 1st brand new car, right? So actually you do NOT have experience with new cars. How do you know how many things other owners had to repair in the first year of ownership?

I'm very pleased with my Kia, but if the dealer is not looking after you, you can go to another dealer or you can complain to:

KMA Consumer Assistance Center

which is a consumer assistance center

4 chips in the windshield............this is Kia's fault? What next, will it be kia's fault when you run over a nail, and get a flat tire?
You can call Kia's customer hotline 1-800-333-4KIA
