You see... I LOVE my Rondo. It has a few small/minor problems and I wanted the service to fix it for me. And I HATE the service department since they always try to %#$@&*#@ with me.
And at this point I am not sure anymore whether it is me (I expect too much) or them...
but the bottom line is - I do not blame KIA in general. I can file a claim, I can tell them what I think but this is not their fault that that particular dealer is bad or that car you got had been given to you on purpose.
Just have the problems fixed and drive away.
As you mentioned - this is you 1st brand new car, right? So actually you do NOT have experience with new cars. How do you know how many things other owners had to repair in the first year of ownership?
