2002 Kia and exhaust just rusted thru....what might the cost be to replace?

Hello,
I just had the exhaust snap on the 2002 Kia spectra I have and am getting it replaced tomorrow. Just curious as to what it might cost and if anyone has had it replaced from the Cat back? The O2 sensor(s) have not been working since 05 but the car gets 32 MPG still with 120K on the clock

. Of course the check engine light is on and the idle is a bit rough since the exhaust broke....and damn is it LOUD!

Any info or recommendations on exhaust shops or cost to replace would be appreciated.......

Cost for a new Cat too (think there is only one)- this is my DD thanks

update....the flex pipe and hanger for the exhaust was replaced and she is whisper quiet. I had the brakes done all around and she runs like new or better then new now.....total cost was 480 bucks for everything and a lifetime warranty on the brakes.

I bought and installed the new front rotors last yr and the old ones lasted 6 yrs so hopefully this is it on repairs for now.
