Default Help! Have problems with dash lights, tail lights, and parking lights.

A headlight in my 2001 Kia Spectra burnt out and I replaced with another headlight bulb. However, now I do not have any dash lights or tail lights which makes it very difficult to drive at night. Also, the head lights come on instead of the parking lights when the car is off. I've checked all the fuses and relays from both fuse boxes and they were all fine. I took out the headlight bulb but it still did not work. Whats wrong with it? Please help!!!

Many thanks to anybody who can help,
Kia owner with lights problem

You put a wrong bulb number in.
H7 for low beam light
H1 highbeam

So how do we fix that? After installing the bulb I tried taking it back out and my car still had that problem. If I install the right bulb will it go back to normal? Please help!

I have resolved this issue. For anybody who would like info on what it was, I took it to a mechanic and for $200 we had a light control box replaced. My car works great now! Thanks 1fastkia for your help. I am thankful for your effort.
