Default Replacing blower fan motor on KIA Shuma II

Hello,

The blower fan in my KIA Shuma II is not working. I am sure that I have to replace the blower fan. I tried to open the dashboard but I could not have a clue how to do that. Can somebody let me know how to open the dashboard of a KIA Shuma II or if the blower fan has to be replaced from somewhere else, can you please let me know?

Thanks

In my spectra the blower fan is located behind the glove compartment held in place by 3 screws it is a little tricky to get it out because the carpet gets in your way hope this more or less give you an idea search Kia Global Information System (KGIS) for instructions.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have tried this earlier. I could get the glovebox door out; there area 3 screws and if I take them out, nothing seems to come out still. Dont I have to open the dashboard for this? Is anywhere a detailed schematic or any sort of diagram that explains this?
