He tell me I will keep this 4 years if I take the car to him everytime I need change Oils, filter's etc...

Kaneda, when you buy a new Kia you get the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty on the powertrain. When you buy a used Kia, your warranty ends when the car reaches 5 years old or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. The age of the car goes back to when it was first purchased by the original owner. So if it was bought the first time one year ago, then you have 4 years remaining. To keep the warranty in force, you must be able to demonstrate that you have followed the recommended service schedule. You can have your car serviced at any "authorized" service provider -- you don't have to have it serviced where you bought it. Keep your receipts to prove that you had it serviced. Follow the service schedule in the manual.

I attached the warranty book in a PDF file for the 2007 Spectra / Spectra-5 to the post. On page 3 is warranty coverage at a glance. On page 38 – 41 is the Schedule maintenance record that the dealership or repair garage should sign to keep your manufacture warranty. I also recommend saving all service receipts.

I posted the following in a PDF format
• 2007 owner manual for the 2007 Spectra / Spectra-5. On page 251-254 is a normal maintenance schedule.
o NOTE – The owner manual file is too large to upload to this site. If you want a copy of it private e-mail me with you e-mail address and I will e-mail it to you.
• 2007 Spectra / Spectra-5 features –N- function guide. On page 24 it has a chart “Protect your warranty by performing this required maintenance”
• 2007 warranty book for the 2007 Spectra / Spectra-5 (As stated in above)
