Default Hi forum... newbie here

Hey guys just got Spectra Ex from 07 NEW I could not say no for 9999. It is auto and has all the standard things. I like it and is really smoth in comparison to my 06 focus that I am gonna get rid off. I have a few questions. When I set the alarm with the remote is it supposed to make a noise? Since it makes nothing, just closes the doors. It does however flash the lights when I unlock the doors. Can I add something like that and leave it stock? Is it easy to add the remote stard and cruise to it? Can I put 205/60/15 tires since I just got a set for my focus and they are way better then the Goodyear eagle LS that come on my car. Thats it

What do you want to add? and no, if you add something, it prolly won't be stock... and- what the heck is a "stard"?

Don't have my car in sight- what's on there now? You could go to like TireRack.com (or any major tire brand website) and check their fitment recommendations to be sure.

Me, I'm gonna get some wear on the stockers, maybe this summer get a soft compound, then next fall get a set of cheap steel wheels and mount some Hannumakipedia's or whatever thoe gnarly Nordic snows are called...

oh, right...

the only way to know is to ask the dealer "If someone were to plug one of these onto their car, would that affect the warranty?"
"PROMISE? Can I have that in writing"

Also, see if they'll install it for you- that might help in the "Well, you put it in" department.
Basically, CYA tactics.

+1

Remote start will not void the warranty. The cruise control may be a different issue. Ask for dealer install of said cruise control.

I installed the Rostra cruise control and radio head unit and had no issues with warranty.
