Help needed
Hello all,
I have a 2001 Shuma that i took off a friend to helphim out and it has sat in my garage for over a year. I went to start it and expecting it to have a flat battery went a bought a new one. However after installing new battery car will not start and a rac man who was kind enough to look at it said that the immobiliser doesnt recognise the key as its not the original. Have been to kia in romford and they need the vehicle there to replace/reprogram key. another number i have want over £100 to do it.
My question is can i do it and if so how?
