Default Gas tank warning light.

I've yet to go 15 miles after my gas light comes on. Anyone has any idea how much gas you actually have left after the warning light comes on? 06 Spectra EX

My 2006 tank supposedly hold 14.5 gallons. If I fill mine up soon after the light goes on I can fit around 13 gallons in.

According to the manual when the gas light comes on you have about 2 gallons left, however if your gas tank gets that low the moving around of the vehicle could lead to a false reading.
