Default I'm already disgusted with my Kia spectra 06

I purchased an 06 Spectra 3 weekends ago....it's been a little iffy since day one. I get that water gushing sound when I turn the car on and as of my last gas tank I've only been getting ~18 MPG. So last night, I tried going to staples which is about an 8 minute drive, turned the heat on and it never got warm...this was kinda odd since the heat usually heats up in a second. I pull into the staples parking lot and realize my shit is smoking like an old pinto. Called my husband who said the coolant might be empty, he showed up 20 minutes later, popped the hood and said WTF...coolant is empty, oil is beyond empty, windshield washer(which isn't a big deal) is empty, a cap is missing from the little tube where the coolant goes.....On top of that my brakes isn't the greatest, I have to start slowing down way ahead of time to stop at a light, even when I'm only driving 30 miles an hour. So I called the dealer last night and he rudely told me I need to call service dept in the morning and have them tow it over. Called service dept where I got another rude ass who told me they dont own a tow truck so I should pay a company to tow it in. I'm gonna get it towed in today, only because I absolutely need to have my car for a business meeting on Tuesday, God forbid I dont have a perfectly working car for tuesday morning....

There is a little sticker on your car that has a phone number for free towing from Kia.

It wouldn't go far without coolant, oil is empty and the brakes are shot. Sounds more like vandalism than anything Kia would be responsible for.

It also means that if your coolant is empty and your oil is empty, the car is going to make it very few miles. So if the oil and coolant are not on the floor of your garage - where did they go?

I can understand maybe being down on one fluid but having all of those fluids gone all at once something is just really weird here, and missing a coolant cap I think it could be vandalism as well. Do you keep your car locked up?

Yes, something is weird going on if truthful and can be verified by the service department this coming week. Have the service department check into the mileage complaint while you are at it.
