When I look at the Lemon Law information it looks like a huge hassle to get it all processed, doesnt it seem like with all that I have already been thru it would be easy? Man.
I have been in direct contact with Kia many times, as a matter of fact they have called here for a survey, the lady told me that even though I never lost my temper with her (she even said that considering what we have been thru I was the nicest person she had talked to after I had cried on the phone) that she not taken a call that bad yet in her surveys

. I am hoping she had not been working there long as surely there had been worse experiences. I really think the service department there is the problem, seriously...........but there is not another dealer in this area............
I kind of wish that Kia would address it directly with me, that they would have contacted me directly after that survey, you would think that they would have really. I mean, what I did state several times was that MY opinion was that they need to screen the dealers or train the dealer service people better possibly

maybe? But after even the survey person saying this, no call back or follow up?
I am sad, bummed..........upset............shocked........I just do not know what to think. I have had problems with vehicles before when they are new, I have owned new Toyotas, Hondas, Chryslers, and Mazdas..........no new in any other brands.......now a new Kia..........I did have one thing go wrong early on with the Chrysler once and with the Toyota once, so it is not like I just think that it is a POS or something, but they did say that the service man did not fix it 'correctly' one of the times............I mean...........and then it fails again, and then another thing, then another part, then same part again, and so on and so on...........
So, at some point if it was going to be Lemon Law or something they do not just kick in you have all this stuff you have to file and they differ from state to state and it is within a year and we are about to move in two months and that is RIGHT at the year mark..........oh gosh.........so if we started the process right NOW and it did not conclude with our luck we would have to start it over in a new state and the year would pass.........I mean at what point does it become the responsibility of the dealer or the mfg? You know? Problem is I like my car, if they had one on the lot like it I WOULD WANT IT but they don't so what would they give me anyhow?
