Default 06 spectra 5 Stabilizer bars?

I was just wondering where the stabilizer bars on the front and rear of my 06 spectra5 are?
I have checked the kia website and many other review sites for the car and on all pictures of the engine compartment on the stock cars I can see a stabilizer bar connected to the strut towers.
Is this the stabilizer bar?

The reason I ask is because if it is my car doesn't have one.

I have called my dealer that I bought the car from but they can't tell me where the stabilizer bars are, even going as far as saying that it's an option and not standard, and the rear stabilizer is only on the all wheel drive models.... I didn't know they made the Spectra5 in AWD.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

The strut tower brace only comes on the manual transmission spectra 5. The automatic cars do not have it.

The dealer told me the same thing, then changed there mind saying they were an option on both, But when I called Kia motors they told me they were standard on both manual and auto.

I even had the dealer lift the hood on both an auto and manual and neither had them.

I need to call Kia back.

THey are not on the sedans only the spectra5. But the 5 speed spec5 is the only one it comes on otherwise it is an option to the auto spectra5s. But when you bought the car you could have gotten one on. THey will bolt right onto the sedans.

The aftermarket ones are $85, if you think it will actually do something. I'm a little sceptical that the strut towers are going to be the first thing to flex in this suspension, but at least it's cheap.

Thanks for the help, I was just kind of skeptical about them being as I was told two different things from the dealer and the manufacturer.
