The figures on the stickers are estimated, and I think that is stated in microscopic print some where on the sticker.

it has new mpg est.for some of the newer cars and trucks

Unhappy Mpg
I have an '05 Spectra 5 that gets anywhere between 16 and 31. Its sad. Previously I had an '03 Spectra that did 29 to 37. It makes me sick to see 16. Since the front spoiler was taken off of the '05 the mpg increased.
