Need help with removal of the rear door panel.
Or, just with the window handel (have manual windows in the rear).

Normally panels are held by many clips like these

and you just have to pull hard on the panel to release them. It's a bit frightening at first as they take quite a pull.

There's normally a cap on the winding handle covering a screw head. Not sure if same in Ceed's, but think our Picanto had em.

If in doubt, Accelerate!

Sorry, I read the original post again and now realise you want to remove the window handle, not the door panel.

A quick google served up this nugget of usefulness. Might or might not help, good luck soldier!

An old trick is to use some thick string or thin rope and wrap it round the door handle where the clip sits and in a see saw action with the string it should catch the clip ends and flick it out.

It should be between the winder handle and plastic disc spacer. Usually when you fit it all back on the disc goes on first and then the clip is fitted to the slot in winder handle then you just push the winder onto the splined shaft as it has a tapered lead in for the clip to expand then the clip drops into the groove in splined shaft.
But make sure you position the correctly with the window up so its stop position does catch your passengers leg when sitting in the back. Nothing worse than a winder handle sticking into your knee/leg on a long journey.
Have fun. Hope this helps.

If in doubt, Accelerate!
