Question Problems after installing H.I.D kit ?

Hello everyone, I have to ask if anyone has experienced this and is there a fix for this problem.
After some thinking decided to install H.I.D kit, everything is working except for some power issues. I don't know is it happening after longer drive but just after startup when i turn on low beam (that is where my kit is installed), xenons stay on for a few seconds and then both or one of them switches off. Straight away switching low beam off and on again fixes the problem so i don't thnk that the ballasts trip or something but it looks like at the cold start there is not enough electrical power?
Another 'funny' thing is it also skips one track forwards on car stereo ( using usb flash memory, no problems before installing kit) and I don't know is it common issue or not?
Tried puting in spare 15 amp fuse into DRL slot - same effect, no difference
Please - if anyone have any suggestions I will be waiting for reply.
Cheers.

which beam DRL uses?

also, what is your hid kit? 35W? where did you install it?

and one more thing - go ahead and measure the current which HID is drawing.

DRL is not functioning, my one is 2007 model, I just took a chance to put in fuse into DRL slot as I found out that some problems possible with HID kit and DRL and to dissable it in cee'd you need to put in the fuse...
My kit is h7, low beam and it is 35W, in manual it shows that it is 3.2 Amp rating but I need as you say to measure it myself (which I might do it tomorrow).
Did some experiments last night but lights stayed on and no such thing as one or two switching off but when ballasts are 'cold' and charging it allways skips USB track to next one nearly every time. And no matter how many times i tried this with CD or radio - it had no effect on it ???

during start up ballast will produce very high voltage which (skipping all physics of high voltage...) may cause some interference with your car...

What kind of ballast it is? The slim two piece one or the big one piece type? The older ones (one piece) may cause more problems since during startup they draw pretty high current (startup means until you get the full brightness which takes around 30-60 seconds). And high current is: 10A initially which will decrease slowly to about 3.5A (working current). The slim ballasts do not do that. It takes more time for them to warm up the HID bulb, but are safer for the car wiring.

To avoid problems - more the cables (especially those coming from ballast to the HID lamp) away from cars frame. If they are low quality they may spark to the frame (just like high voltage cables on petrol car). Also, ground the ballast well or completely isolate it so that it will not produce sparking either (it should not in the first place, but again - it all depends how well the kit was made).

CD or USB. There is a big difference - USB is much more sensitive to voltage drops than CD is. In CD you also have a buffer, while I doubt there is such thing for USB (in your radio system).

According to DDM Tuning HID kits, they sell an HID Harness which is for the following problem and I quote

"Use this relay harness to connect HIDs to cars with very small gauge wiring that cannot supply the initial surge current required to light the bulbs reliably. Symptoms indicating the harness is required would be intermittent starting or lights going out after being turned on for several minutes and requiring you to turn the lights off and back on for them to turn back on again. Recommended for all 55W HID installations but most American and European cars work at 35W/55W without the harness. The harness is definitely recommended for Quad';s and other ATVs or when running multiple HID installations. This harness is a fused relay isolation harness capable of supplying 20A at 12vdc. Not required when using High / Low kits."

I don't know if your problem is related...
