Few problems with my new pro_ceed

Hello!

Sorry 4 my bad English, I'm from Croatia

I bought my pro_ceed 1.6 leather 2 months ago and I would be very thankful if someone could help me with those problems:

1. On 140 km/h my pro_c has a bad sound (smth like ZZZZ

, but very aloud) somewhere around my steering wheel
In service center they told me that could be only ventilation, but it's not, and I couldn't recognized where that sound comes from. I found when its raining the sound dissapeared. Could it be a wiper?
I read smwr on Internet a case like this (but on 160 km/h) but there's no solution on that thread.

2. My pro_c has an easy entry but on left seat (mine) it's stoped so I can move the seat but it's not an easy entry any more (if you know what I mean). Do I have to spray with smth and where specific?

3. On my back seat I have also "beautiful" scratch sound on every little bump on the road. I've found that's a "hook" which hold a seat. I sprayed that part but after few days the sound come back. So, I put little cloth and closed, but today (1 month after) the sound come back and it's very annoying.
I really couldn't listen loud music anymore only because of that.
Maybe someone have a better solution?

Welcome Wamp.

There are a few users on the Portuguese forum complaining about the high speed noise. That is starting to be a know issue, and is due to bad front window installation. Go to your dealer and complain.

The other 2 issues, I thing you should go to your dealer.

I ja imam isti problem sa zadnjim sedezom, koji ima neki sound, a jos nisam nista uspeo pri mom dileru sa tome. jel si ti do sada uspeo unistiti taj zvuk?

It passed more that 2 months and in KIA garage they don't know how to fix a first problem in my post.

As they told me, they sent an E-mail in Slovenia to another KIA dealer but they didn't get an answer.

I know that Pro'ceed is a new model, but people in KIA really don't know anything about fixing any problem in that car.

Hehe, I have the same problem (like your 1st problem, noise when going faster from the dash).

I'll go and ask our kia service if they can fix it...

The stupid thing about is that I didn't have any noise until I had my front window changed since a stone hit it. Before that it was all quiet.

The problem now is that I've put a lot of car audio equipement in the car and I presume that they will say I have no warranty or some stupid shit like that...

It 'sounds' to me like badly installed windscreen? I've reached last w'end 180+km/hr and luckily no noises...

I don't now what to think after all..... When it's very hot day there is bad noise (like this summer)... but, now.... when it's around 10 degrees i can drive normal without any noise...

I have in my kia all audio equipment (amplifier and woofer from the car before) but it's not instaled yet 'cause I want to ask before if my warranty will expire or not...
