Default DIY - Mounting Xenon Kit HID Cee'd

First of.. I have to say some initial photos are not mine! They were taken from from here:
rajče.net | m*sto pro vaše fotografie

Second... I must say I don't know the names of the tools in English, so any mistake... I'm sorry!

Material:
- 10mm sprocket key
- screw driver
- Vernier Caliper
- Cranean(??) saw

My initial ideal was to be laisy and not to remove the passenger side optics. Instead just remove the fuse box near it! If have the same idea, give up! It's not worth it!

1- Remove the front plastic over the grill:
Pressing down the "springs":

2- Unbolt the 3 screws on the optics:

The bolt holding the front bumper must also be removed in order to "bend it" a bit. This is better done with helping hand!

Place the Xenon bulbs like it was a regular one.

(unfortunately this was done later, and I didn't have me digital cam, the pics were taken with my cellphone)

With the Vernier Caliper:

4- Measure the middle zone of the rubber:

Not very clear, but I can say it was 22.5mm!

With a 22mm cranean saw:

5- Drill the hole:

This way the cables can go through:

At this time I was thinking "this is easy..." but I can't understand this kinds of things! There are always surprises:

6- With the help of the dremel:

And that's it!

7- Put everything back in place
The spring will be "down", you must raise the "brake":

8- Put the balasts in place. On the driver side the there a spot that seems that was made to this! It has a hole for the screw with the correct measurement! On the passenger I used the inside mounting screw from the optics.
Passenger side:

can you link the kit you bought?

also, do you NEED to drill the back circular covers on all models?

Didn't understand the fitst question! If it you are asking were I've bought it, it was from besthid.net (portugues HID dealer).

Yes, you must cut the back cover, (unless there is a specific for your model. BMW, VW, have them!)
