Default Sinking Seat

I adjust the driving seat up using the adjustment handle. However after a short while the seat is back at it's lowest height..........it seems to sink back down!

Anyone else noticed the same problem?

I haven't looked at the seat but presume there is something hydraulic underneath that isn't working properly.

Not remembering if I've ever adjusted mine, is there a quick way to tell if it's at the bottom of its travel?

nope, mine seems to hold and I keep it very high. I'm not short, just like to drive high. I hate the coupe style, sitting/laying lower then the steering wheel.

Interesting. I must try this. I'm tall, so not having the seat adjusted to the floor will give me bumps on the head. My car are going in for first service and this could be a good time to get them to fix other things. How long does it take before the seat sinks back ?

Then you really are tall. I'm 1.80m and don't have a problem sitting on the seat raised for about 2cm, plenty of headroom left.
