how remove the radio from the dashboard?

Hello guys, i would know how it's possible to remove the radio in the centrale console in my new ceed sportywagon?
Do you have any idea ?
i would place my self a car kit hands free kenwood kca-bt200.
Do you think it's easy to do ?
Is there any risk to start unfortunatly the airbags during the operation? is it better to disconnect the battery ?

If its a complete head unit replacement, read up on the forums re replacement, people have had issues with the speedo, trip computer and speed sensitive steering not working with alternative units.
