Default Strange audio problem with 'beep' code

I'm facing a strange problem with my audio unit: All the buttons are not functioning (including those in my steering wheel) but the two circular knobes are working. I can shut off, and when I'm turning on again a short beep plays.

Any ideas ?

P.S. my usb plays with no problem....

Unhappy I have the same problem

Since few days ago, before a sunny day, my Kia Cee'd Radio start to make a short beep some minutes before the radio starts, repeatedly. Before the first beep, all the steering wheel buttons and frontal panel buttons starts to fail (except the on/off frontal wheel).

Today I'd gone to the Kia garage and the said me they can't repair it, they must send it to German.

Have you fixed it?

Regards

there is no need to repair the stereo, demand a replacement unit, after they change it they can send it to the north pole for all you care.

people, use warranty for everything that is wrong with the car, and don't take no for an answer

Agreed - let 'em swap the faulty radio / component out and return your car working. What they then do with the faulty part is none of your concern!
