The one on the left is the alarm horn ( I think ) the 'real' horn(s) are located behind the front grille.

You'll find them when you come to chnge the light bulbs

So I get that dual horn means too horns but does it mean they work independently .. ie one for the alarm, one for the honk at the prat? I find it's not as oomphy but I am glad it's in the same place as the Micra's is, would be mighty hard to retrain my brain after 15 years of banging that horn! (Yes, now I do only tap it!)
