Default usb interface ???
i have kia ceed 1.4 fresh and i want conect usb stick in original head unit.
is there any aftermarket usb interface for kia ceed and where i can buy it and how much it cost
i am from croatia but i have friend in germany.

Does your cee'd not have the USB and aux inputs in the centre console, next to the 12v outlet (all below the ashtray compartment)??

no ! this model dont have usb interface but i found one adapter on internet on this site :

i am wondering does that thing work !

I guess you'd need to know the radio was the same model and not a cut-down version. I've not yet seen the back of my radio to see if the USB connector is a seperate one or if it's part of the loom. If it's seperate then you should be able to order the bits from Kia and fit it as if it was the model of the car that does have USB.

yes i can order this part from kia dealer in croatia but it cost me about 1200 euro. i think that is too expensive.

Try to find a totaled cee'd at the scrapheap and buy the USB interface parts from a ceed that have this factory installed.

I live in Sweden and not in Croatia but sure you must crash your cars in croatia also ?? In sweden we have on-line search engine's for parts so you can search nation wide for parts at scrapyards.

Hi all,
I have a question: is there anybody who can tell for sure that all audio systems from all the models of Cee'd have USB support? I mean, if the model doesn't come from the factory equipped with an USB port, are you sure that you can attach one later?
I ordered my Cee'd without USB port, but maybe I'd be interested about getting it later ...
