Ok - I changed my bulbs to see how long it takes - here's the run down.
The battery is on locked onto it's tray by a single nut. Undo the nut slightly and the battery can be slid fully left, giving access to the right side low beam cover.
I changed that bulb to an H7 Osram Night Breaker, put the cover back on and tightened the battery in the fully left position, as it didn't harm the cables in any way and provides easy access to the head light. This all took 7 mins.
On the left side you need to loosen the two nuts that hold down the coolant reservoir, and move it out of the way. Undo the cover and change the bulb (again to an Osram). Fiddly (you need a ratchet extension to get to the lower nut) but 10 mins all in once back together.
The high beam lights took 5 mins for both, easy to access and both H1 Osram Night breakers now. The sidelights are weird, and best left alone !! The bulbs are unlike any I've seen before, and Kia can't even source them!
The new headlights are superb, Osram claim a 90% improvement and I think they are being conservative. It's a bright white light (not the rubbish blue tinted lights that are worse than a standard bulb!) and I bought them from Car Bulbs from Power Bulbs - upgrade xenon car bulbs, headlight bulbs, autobulbs and autolamps from Philips, Osram and GE - Easiest and best mod you can make to your car, especially with winter coming! I kept the original bulbs and therefore made my own spare pack, now kept in the spare wheel recess to keep the Gendarmes happy....

Did a really quick Google and the first place I found with the bulbs had 'em at 33 quid for the pair (50 euros) - is that about right?
Interesting about the side lights too - that'll be fun to sort out when the first one fails and needs replacing. I find the way the lights automatically go off when you open the doors quite useful. I tend to leave the sidelights on simply to illuminate the dials (no other legal use for sidelights in the UK (parking lights possibly?)

That price about right, powerbulbs always my first stop as they ship for free. The sidelights are another issue on the list for Kia to solve. The dealership didn't have a clue what to do (they claimed they haven't been trained on Ceeds yet!)
Don't know for you, but I have feeling that the lights are not good enough?!
I drive 1.4 GSL, a lot of the times at night, both on the freeway and local roads.
I mean... when i go on highway, the light reflective marks should be placed on every 25m.. right?
Well.. that is the problem. On right side, i can see the light reflecting from the 50m posts, the length that i can find in the our local law, but i couldn't see anything except faint shapes. On the left side is even worse! I can't see the light reflecting from the 50m post. OK, i should align the headlights but from my experience with Ford Fiesta, the headlights on ceed are like that someone has put the 25W bulbs from my desk lamp...
Does anyone know what brand does the kia uses on the newly delivered cars?
Can I put 95/100W H7 without overheating problems?

I changed the H1, H7 and the parking light yesterday without moving anything. You just need nimble fingers and lots of patience
Changed to "rubbish blue tinted lights that are worse than a standard bulb" from Sirius on the low beam and to Osram Nightbreakers on the high beam. Changed to slightly blue tinted parking lights aswell. Now I need to find blue tinted ones for the fog lights, really makes the white color of the car look even whiter!
