Default help - pulling left

I have just recently bought a kia c'eed, ex demo, from F Cross and Son Scunthorpe and I have noticed that it is extremely sensitive to the camber of the road, drifting left quite vigorously and continuously, if you let go of the steering wheel you would end up on the pavement within 50 metres.

The car has been back to the dealer on 3 occasions, first tracking being checked, the steering electronic being fiddled with, finally they did something with 4 wheel tracking and rotating the wheels, yet it still pulls left. The mechanics unsure of what is going wrong have also tried the other cars on the forecourt and found these to do exactly the same thing. (I have been in other c'eed and it drives in exactly the same way)

I have never driven a car that wants to drive itself into pedestrians as severely as this car. I am slightly unsure of the safety of the vehicle for myself and others, the dealership is now telling me that this is the way the kia have designed the car in this way and that’s just how it is.

I am writing to you for some help, advice, anything, is this car safe?!?!

has anyone else noticed this problem

Not noticed mine doing it but can't say I've looked for it either - will check it out next time I drive it.

My Cee'd Definitiely does not do this.

The last time I experience a similar problem was with a 1996 VW polo which was forever losing is tracking .

does it try to go left no matter the speed?
there are several factors that may cause the behaviour you are saying:
- the front wheels are out of alignment (they should check wheel geometry)
- the front tires are not properly inflated, or the left one is deflated.
- the front left tire is improperly worn out.
- the steering is not working properly.
- the wheels are not properly balanced

You should get to a tyre shop to check the pressure and the balance of each wheel.

The tire issues should be cleared, as you say they rotated them.. but i don't know it's strange for a new car to behave like this.

it pulls left regardless of the speed - accelerating or decelerating. The tire have been balanced and have had the pressures checked.

having done all this the mechanic are still bemused. So they tried the others on the forecourt and the other 3 there all did exactly the same thing, extremely sensitive to the camber - pulling left.

I was surprised no one else had noticed this

Checked my car today for pulling to the left. Sorry but it appears to behave normally, there is a very very slight drift to the left but I put that down purely to the camber and it would happen with any car.

my cee'd also have problems with pulling to the left. But I am quite sure that it hapens when the road lean to the left - I mean it looks like : " / " ofcourse with smaller angle
When the road is flat like " -- " , cee'd goes great, with no pulling.
Unfortunately most of roads in mine city are like this " / " so this really makes me angry.
