Not yet,
I''l try to remeber to test this when I drive home from work. Since the USB port is present I have only put one CD in and have nerver tried to eject it CD players begin to be obsolete when we have USB and iPod connections. What we should have is a wireless connetion to our phone/usb/iPod to play the tracks from.

Same as ahlinj - only tried a couple of CDs and both were fine - mainly using a 4GB USB drive at the moment. Not had a chance to test my iPod but I'm kinda expecting the worst as it didn't work in the test drive car. I will make sure the firmware is up to date before trying though. Will keep an eye out for the 'freeze' issue.

I ejected the CD like crazy yesterday on my way home No problem at all for me. Hope that you find the problem, go to the dealer and demand that they fix it.

I am new at this forum and I would like to say "Hi".
So, hello every one

About the radio, Here in Poland as far as I know , Problem with frezzing radio is quite popular so KIA changes it's software in every Ceed.

So don't worry, Your dealer probably already know about the problem and will do the job.

Any idea if it's possible to tell the version of software in the radio / computer?

Ditto, no problems yet. Mind you I have only used 1 cd so far. I have to admit with the USB and the 2Gb stick I was given I haven't bothered much with cd's. Which is a pity as mine has a 6 cd changer (why did they include that I ask myself?

Must get round to testing all these things!

Have tried a couple of Cd's myself without any problem, but mainly, like Drzeus, i am using 2GB USB sticks, no hassle with changing CD's , just plug them in and listen !!

update on cd eject problem:

audio unit replaced without any question by dealer.

so far ejects ok.

the dealer has replaced a few, it seems there was a batch of faulty stereos, but recent models are ok.
(ours is an ex-demo, registered april.)

thanks for all your replys!
