cee'd boot liner

Can anyone confirm whether the boot liner available for the cee'd has cut outs matching the little d-rings in the boot - using the rings to anchor a luggage net is really useful, particularly if the boot liner is the sort of slightly slippery foam stuff I'm thinking it might be.

Hi tim_p

The boot liner that I got from my local dealer, is a tough plastic unit, about two & a half - 3" deep. It fits snugly in the boot and it is moulded with the four corners inverted.

You still have access to the little D-rings.

I have found the 'inverted corners' very usefull to place small object to stop them rolling around.

I couldn't get the pictures to show up so I have put in the links to them (in my garage)

Thanks for the info - just been out and checked though and on mine the d-rings all look like they'd be below the top of the sides of the liner.

The D-rings will be 'slightly' below the top of the liner, but they are still accessible.

won't they deform the top edges when pulled tight?

whats the liner cost BTW?

I suppose with 'prolonged' use the liner could get deformed. I think the liner was £26, I got it the same time that I got the wind deflectors and together they came to under £60

I'll see if they've got one when it's in getting its front park assist fitted on Tues - the nice black boot space is gonna look pretty tatty pretty quick otherwise.
