Greetings,

The PDF attached to Nazaria's post #2 may help:

http://www.kia-forums.com/kia-carniv...oss-power.html

--
Other possible causes of misfire: Vacuum leak, restriction in fuel system (filter) / low fuel pressure,

but would recommend starting w/ the plugs / wires / testing coils first,

Regards,
GottaCruise

A heads-up that the PDF attached to Nazaria's post in that thread states in the text that its for the 2.5L GV6 (aka KV6 & K5) engine, not the 3.5L engine that edbird has. Some of the info in this manual extract is generic but not totally applicable to the 35D Sigma engine. I've not seen a diagram of the ignition coils for the 3.5D, perhaps someone with that engine can help.

Click on this link, which will tell you the firing order: http://bit.ly/pqvRJ8

2, 4 and 6 are in the front; 1,3, and 5 are in the back near the firewall.
