02 Sedona passenger axle replacement

Recently replaced both CV shafts and inner shaft seals ect ensured everything was locked in place as should be drove 20-30 miles passenger side inner CV pulled away from inner shaft I used new replacement parts from Oreilys this is second time I have had this issue in the past 2 months I have inspected all mounts and pivot points see nothing obvious.Any info would help me, bout out of hair to pull out.
