Default high mileage

Whats classed as High mileage on the seddona . You know the sort of stage that makes things fail , head gaskets for example . I have 64k done the cam belt ,had gear selector cable fail and have had the rear cooling pipes fail . most of which was in the last month

a bit like how long is a piece of string as not only how many miles but what sort of miles and how is the car looked after, some people wreck cars in short order others can get mega miles from an identicle vehicle, we only traded our 130k sedona when it developed an untraceable intermittant electrical failure leaving us stranded a couple of times

Done 84,000 in my MK1 diesel Sedona apart from having done the cambelt at 66,000 not had any problem with it so far. Having said that the amount of time I spend on it loking for trouble or issues is probably why. Just watch it refuse to start or something now

Hve 2003 Sedona with 188,000 on the clock. Had following problems
Replaced hand brake cables, replaced gear linkage cables, N/S front wheel bearing, Alternator. Also replaced cambelts as and when due. Consider overall been very good. Use to tow caravan and is ideal. Now seeing some rust coming through on windsreen surrond. Also had to repaint par of rear door, rust around crome handle.

When in the car, think positive thoughts about it - it helps!
