Default '04 Sedona - Changing Rear Bearing Hubs - questions

I will be replacing complete rear bearing hub assemblies on my '04 Sedona this week. I found a TSB that calls for the axle nut torque to be 20-25 ft. lbs.

My question is , if I use a torque wrench to tighten the axle nut, how much do I have to worry about the play adjustment (.001 to .006)?

How much bearing grease should I load into the hub?

and finally,

What is the easiest way to get those darn drum hold down screws loose?

Thanks

it's probably too late to reply to this but i'll do it anyway. i tighten them until i can't feel any play in the bearings but not to the point where it's gonna break the bearing. the bearing will loosen up a tiny bit when it breaks in and you don't want it to become too loose when it does this. if you have to use a torque wrench, use one.

don't be afraid to load it up with grease. too much grease (within reason) won't hurt anything. it's when you don't use enough that it becomes a problem. be sure to pack the bearings with grease before you load the races up with grease. it's very important that the bearings are packed with grease bfore you put extra in the bearing area. i even put some in the bearing cap just to keep extra grease in the bearing and to help block out any moisture that may try to get in.

the easiest way to get the 2 screws out that hold the drum on is to use an impact driver with a #2 philips bit on it and a hammer. one hit on the impact driver with the hammer will break the screws loose.
