Thumbs up kia sedona/carnival 2.5 v6 2000 petrol GB

hi there we have a kia sedona/carnival 2.5 v6 petrol on a 2ooo year we had a problem with our automatic gearbox,we took it to kia dealer and explained the problem we where having,we would drive a ex amount of miles and we would then hear a clunck noise and then would notice that the neutral light on the dash board was flashing and the vechicle had gone into limp mode,we had a diagnostic check from kia themselfs and was informed that it came with the fault code of the output sensor,we then spoke to kia and asked them to place a order for this such item and then returned back to kia with vechicle and then was infomed that when new sensor was trying to be fitted it was the wrong sensor for our vechicle as our sensor has a three pin not a two pin,we gave our chassis no for kia to double check, after 3 days we where informed from kia korea that our gearbox when fitted from factory has hyundai parts fitted to the gearbox i.e output sensor,we then placed a second order for the output sensor which was on the 22 nov 2008 which is coming from belguim and which is still in transit, will inform you how we get on when new part comes into kia uk and ,gets fitted ,regards sarajane and jason
