Default 05 Sedona AC Connection

I've searched the forum for an answer and wasn't able to find it;

Can someone guide me to the Low Pressure connector for the AC system on an 05 Sedona EX?

Many thanks in advance.

On my 2000 model, it is under the bonnet between the radiator and the engine. It will either have just a black cap or sometimes a blue one. It's the fatter of the 2 pipes.

Hi Sedona 1,

I drive a KIA Carnival 2.9 Tdi, and a Rover 620Sdi, we seem to favour the same vehicles, as to the low pressure connector, it's just behind the grill when you open the bonnet next to the filter drier. Just been working on the pressure switch (on the filter drier) this afternoon.

Oops FAUX PAS that's the high pressure connector ................ sorry about that.

From the condenser, follow the larger of the two pipes back toward the engine. Under the round plastic air cowling there is a star shaped cap with an "L" on it. That's it. There is one hex head screw holding the air cowling down that you have to remove to move the cowling out of the way in order to fully access it. Easy job.

I just recharged my 2003 today and the air is blowing cool again.

Good luck!
