Default A/c Problem

I have an 02 SEDONA and my A/C only gets cold when I turn on the rear A/C. I seen where someone suggested replacing the belt so I tried that but no luck.

Any Idea what I am looking at?

Get it checked out at an AC place, may just need regassing, but if it's anything like my 2000 Sedona, it will have leaks all over the place.
