Angry Poor First Experience at Kia Dealership

My 05 Sedona (bought a few weeks ago)is still covered by it's 3 yr warranty.
Took it into local Kia Dealership to have some faults looked at and could not believe the attitude of the guy on the desk-awkward and totally unhelpful-giving excuse after excuse for why some faults could not be looked at/repaired for free under the warranty.
I had a bad feeling about how this would pan out and sure as eggs is eggs-when I went back 9 hrs later he denied that I had mentioned some of the faults to him and that other faults could not be 'found' or repaired due to no parts in stock. Therefore a total waste of time and effort.
This was my first experience with Kia and it has not left me with any confidence in the firm.
Is there a Main Customer Services Centre for Kia in the UK that I could contact or are they all as bad as this?
Pretty peed off at the moment,

Thanks,
I will try writing to them although I don't think it will do a lot of good.

Get used to it, seems to be the norm not the exception.

Unprofessional dealer staff was one of my biggest reasons for selling my junk 06.5 Kia.

When Kia, if they ever do, gets their act together regarding who gets a franchise, I may give them another look.

May as well get used to it. Our so called dealership has had 5 service managers since we bought the car 16 months ago. Just about every problem they need to contact tech support on. Took it to a different dealership and the same thing happened. It is one sorry way to run a business. JMHO

It seems that customer service is becoming a thing of the past and being ripped off by garages a possible entry in the 2012 olympics!
it seems the only way to get decent service is to put them on the spot by not giving them any ways to wriggle out, write out a list of faults to be fixed give one to service manager one left in the the car and keep one yourself try and get a signature on it also cosider a tape recording of all conversations or get serious and video your dealings with the garage or the fun one is to park outside their premises with a large banner draped over your car and call in the local media
dont get mad get even!
best of luck glenn

Attitude comes from the top. We had nothing but good to great experiences with our service dept with both our Kias (Carni & Rio) for the 1st 2 years, then the service Manager changed along with some of the staff & it all went to poop. Less than 6 months later, there's another new Manager, same staff & they couldn't be nicer. Just as well as we're on our 5th DVD player & 3rd CD/tuner in the Carni!
