This will be the second time I have had this problem with my Kia Sedona van. It grinds when the try to start it. They replaced the starter back in November and here it is 4 months later and it looks like it is going again. WTH. Anyone else with this problem or am I the only idiot.

sound like you may have a bad "flex plate" causing the starter to grind (bad teeth on both)
