Hi All

Hope someone can advise me. My sedona 2.9 TD wont start sometimes if I switch off and then try to restart within 10 minutes, the solution is to bleed the fuel pump of air and starts fine, can anyone advise me why this may be and what I should check for?

Any fuel leaks?
If airs getting in, fuel should be getting out, check filter seals.

Not that I know of, but the fuel pump was replaced recently so I'll check all the hoses and connections.

Also check the feedback pipes from the injectors which are under the intercooler, I've seen pictures of them leaking which can lead to a drop in pressure.
